BUYOUT Feature on realtydao.com
- Login to www.realtydao.com and connect to your Metamask wallet
- Go to the Marketplace to pick out a Domain you are interested in buying. Click INQUIRE
- After selecting a Domain and clicking Inquire. You will be led to this page.
Would you like to start the buyout process? Click Yes to proceed.
4 . IF you clicked Yes. Proceed to make an offer to BUY DOMAIN. Input price per token offer eg. 0.0003 then click BUY
5. After clicking BUY you will receive this notification.
- Notifications:
- Domain owner will be notified and domain will have a tag to start the buy out voting process
- Dao token investors will be notified via email
- Domain buyers will receive an email that the buyout process will start.
- Hence, voting process will commence
6. Proceed to the BUYOUT tab and a dropdown menu will appear. Click on Request.
This will show the status of your Buyout request: If Voting process is ongoing or if verified.
You can clickon the View votes to see the percentage of votes.
7. If a Majority Vote of YES has been met (51%). Buyout Status will show APPROVED and you may now Click on the process payment tab.
8. Next window will show you the BUY DOMAIN box. Input your offer. Price will be per token (USD). Click PAY with BNB to start the payment process
9. Metamask Wallet request – click Confirm to approve payment
10. Staking/Surrendering of Domain Tokens will be created
Surrender or Stake ESH tokens and wait for approval
